Wholesale Minimum Order & Reorder

• Floral $250.00. No minimum reorder.
• Containers $150. No minimum reorder.

Terms

• All first time orders are prepaid only.
• Visa/MasterCard/Diners Club/American Express or check prior to production.
• Credit cards will be processed once order is placed in production.
• Net 30 upon credit approval after first time order.
• All orders are F.O.B. Atlanta, Georgia.
• Late payments are subject to 5% late fee charge plus all collection/attorney fees.
• $25.00 fee for returned checks.

Floral Cancellations

• 20% restocking fee for all orders canceled within 48 hours of shipment or production.

Backorders

• All backorders will be shipped as soon as possible and will be kept on file.
• ALL BACKORDER CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SENT IN WRITING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Ship Time

• Florals -2-6 weeks
